Order Cancellation
- Order cancellation requests will only be accepted before the order has been dispatched.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- Requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please send us a WhatsApp message through the chat button available on our website with the following details:
- Order Number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product you wish to return
Important Conditions
- Sarees with stitched blouses are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customized products are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A product with a manufacturing defect
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item
- A product that was misrepresented on our website
Please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the product, and we will assist you with the return or replacement process.
Return Shipping Charges
- For customers residing in India, return pickup and shipping charges will be borne by us.
- For international customers, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
Replacement Process
Once we receive the returned product:
- A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
- If the replacement is unavailable, you may choose an alternate product of the same value.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit for future purchases.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the store credit is issued.
Customized Products
If there is an issue with a customized product:
- Necessary alterations will be made free of charge.
- If alteration is not possible, we will provide a replacement.
- If replacement is unavailable, you may choose an alternate product of the same value.
Logistics Charges for Customized Products
- International customers will need to bear logistics expenses.
- For customers in India, pickup arrangements will be managed by us.
